Airtel unarguably offer the best Night Plan package and proudly referred to as the Smartphone Network.

Advantages:
1. They have the cheapest data plan at N25
2. You can subscribe again and again after exhausting each data allowance within the validity period
3. Validity period is the longest from 12 midnight to 5 am
4. You can check your data balance on Airtel Night Plan

You must be on Airtel Smart Trybe;
Dial *312# and select 1 to migrate (once)

To subscribe, subsequently (every night you want to subscribe)

Dial *312# and select 3 to subscribe either of the two options

Cost:
1. N25 for 500MB
2. N50 for 1.5GB

Validity: 12am to 5am (Subscribe after 12 midnight)

To check data balance dial *140#

2. MTN Night Plan

MTN is the second best mainly because of the cheap rate, however you are allowed only one chance to subscribe for each night.

You must be on MTN Pulse (dial *123# to confirm the tariff plan you are on;
Dial *406# to migrate (once)

To subscribe, subsequently (every night you want to subscribe)
1. Send Night to 131 by sms

Cost: N25 for 500MB (Only one option exist)

Validity: 12am to 4am (Sometimes, it stops at 3:30am so be warned)

3. Glo Night Plan

Glo has adopted a unique plan for its Night package. It saves you the hassle of subscribing each night but it is relatively more expensive.

Advantages:

1. It has validity of 7 days
2. During the weekend (Saturday and Sunday, you can use the data all day and night).

To subscribe;
Dial *127*61#
Alternatively, dial *777# and follow the prompt [Data Services » Buy Data » Night and Weekend plans]

Cost: N500 for 3GB

Validity: 
- 12:30am to 5:30am daily on weekdays
- 24 Hours on weekends

4. Etisalat Night Plan

Probably the most expensive but comes in 3 variants

A. Classic Night Plan

To subscribe;

Cost: N200 for 1GB

Validity:  12am to 5am

B. Etisalat 2GB For N1000 Plan

To subscribe, dial *229*3*12# for 2GB evening & weekend plan @ N1000 (7pm – 6:59am All Night) and the whole of weekend

C. Etisalat 5GB For N2000 Plan

To subscribe, dial *229*3*13# for 5GB evening & weekend plan @ N2000 (7pm – 6:59am All Night) and the whole of weekend PLUS 100MB WhatsApp (24/7)

All the above Night Plans works on any devices including Java phones, Symbian, Android, iPhone, iPad, PC with no special settings and the charge at normal browsing rate, no zapping.

From the list of all Nigerian networks,  Airtel Night plans still remains the best followed by MTN. What's your opinion and why?

To be qualified for this plan, you need to get a new Airtel SIM, register it and recharge with *126*pin# and *123# to check your balance.

What is The Validity of The Airtime?
The bonus Airtime or data is valid for only 7days while your main account balance has no validity.
Note that to rollover any bonus, recharge your line within the period of the validity and it will be extended.

Tariff Plan
Calls from Main Account and Bonus will be charged at 50k/sec.
